The most highly rated session of last year's Hispanicize event returns for 2013 but this time as an event-wide program that we believe will set the culture-changing tone for this year's event. We may have "killed" many "crabs" in 2012 but this year we're going nuclear on this. This year Hispanicize 2013 is going to take an unflinching look at the cultural condition called "Crabs in the Bucket" and the goal is nothing less than total cultural annihilation. This is a national, live stream event!
In this session you will learn:
What is the Crabs in the Bucket syndrome
Why this cultural tendency is especially prevalent among Latinos
What are the economic and social root causes of this problem
How this problem keeps Latina/o leaders from rising
What Latinos can learn from the Jews
Immediate steps everyone can take to end the Crabs in the Bucket syndrome
